what to do with your hair when you sleep

If you put your hair in a pony tail on top of your head and split in in 2-4 sections depending on how long and how much hair you have and wrap each section in a roller that will keep fullness and some curl for the morning.  So often people think they have to wash their hair every morning because their hair looks so bad from sleeping on it.  Give this a try it works!
