Deep Condition At Home

Deep Condition at home and save some money at the same time.  Ask your stylist what conditioner to buy that will deep condition under heat.  When you purchase that you can apply conditioner after you shampoo and put a plastic cap (shower cap type) and sit under a hair dryer for 15 minutes.  You can purchase bonnet hair dryers for a very good price, in fact the price you would pay for a dryer would be the price you would pay for one deep conditioning treatment in a salon.

Choosing Hair Color

Choosing Hair Color does not mean what you choose you can do or wear.  Be sure and check with you stylist.  Very dark hair can be challenging to go lighter without getting reds and golds depending on what you are looking for.  Some hair is simply not in good shape to color or high light.  If you have any doubts do not do it at home, its important to have a consult in a hair salon where your hair can be looked at and tested for damage!
