Does your hair grow faster if you cut the ends?

Trim your hair so it grows faster is what you hear all the time and cant figure how your hair grows faster at the roots if you trim you ends.  Well your hair is growing at the same rate but if your ends are split and need to be cut and you don't cut them the ends split up higher and the ends get thinner.
When you clip your roses another bud comes quickly and you get more.  Same with your hair, if you keep your ends cut and healthy your hair continues to grow without any breakage and split ends.

Blunt cutting verses point/texture cutting on fine hair

Blunt Cuts always work well with fine hair.  It helps create a full healthy edge with volume.  Longer layers work well too. To get good results you must have a sharp scissor.  Point cutting or texture cutting works great for soft edges and blending on fine hair.  If you see an edge that doesn't look right and it stands out you see the line of the cut, some point cutting will break that up and blend it.

How to deep condition your hair....

Did you know that when you deep condition your hair it is important to wash your hair first;  use a deep conditioning treatment that has the moisture and protein your hair needs and comb it through your hair or work it through with your hands thoroughly.  Cover with plastic cap or shower cap, and use heat like a cap dryer you can get pretty cheap at Walmart for 15 minutes.  When you are under heat your hair shaft opens and will absorb in a 15 minute time all it can for that treatment ;  Depending on the condition of your hair would determine if you would do it weekly, bi weekly or monthly etc.
